Cappuccino Pound Cake

 


Ingredients :

  • ¾ cup oil
  • ½ cup honey
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp creme de cacao
  • 1 tbsp kahlua
  • 2 cups flour
  • ½ cup cocoa
  • 2 tspn baking powder
  • 1 tspn baking soda
  • 1 tbsp instant coffee
  • 2 tspn cinnamon
  • ¼ tspn nutmeg
  • ¼ tspn ground cloves
    for coffee kahlua cream glaze :
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 tspn instant coffee
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp kahlua


Preparation and Cooking Instructions :

  1. Mix all wet ingredients together and beat for 4 minutes with electric mixer.
  2. Mix all dry ingredients together and add to wet mixture, mix well.
  3. Spread into greased and floured tube pan.
  4. Bake at 325°F for 1 hour 10 minutes.
  5. For Coffee Kahlua Cream Glaze: Beat all ingredients until stiff and spread over cool cake.
