Ingredients :
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 ½ cups sugar
- 2 tspn cinnamon
- 2 tspn baking soda
- 1 tspn salt
- ½ cup oil
- 2 each eggs
- ¼ cup coffee
- 1½ tspn vanilla
- 2½ cups sliced peeled apples
- 1 cup chopped nuts
Preparation and Cooking Instructions :
- Mix all the ingredients together and bake at 350°F for 60 minutes
