Coffee Apple Cake recipe

 

Ingredients :

  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 ½ cups sugar
  • 2 tspn cinnamon
  • 2 tspn baking soda
  • 1 tspn salt
  • ½ cup oil
  • 2 each eggs
  • ¼ cup coffee
  • 1½ tspn vanilla
  • 2½ cups sliced peeled apples
  • 1 cup chopped nuts


Preparation and Cooking Instructions :

  1. Mix all the ingredients together and bake at 350°F for 60 minutes
