Ingredients :
- 2 cups mochiko
- 3 tbsp ground cocoa
- 2 tbsp baking soda
- 1¾ cups sugar
- 12 oz can coconut milk
- ¼ cup butter or margarine, melted
- 2 eggs
- 12 oz can evaporated milk
- 1 tspn vanilla
Preparation & Cooking Instructions :
- Mix together mochiko, ground cocoa, baking soda, and sugar.
- Add coconut milk and mix until smooth.
- Add melted butter, eggs, evaporated milk, and vanilla to mixture.
- Pour into greased 9” x 13” pan and bake at 350°F for about 1
hour 10 minutes.
