Ingredients :
- 1 lb shrimps
- ½ tspn salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
- ¼ tspn Ajinomoto
- ¾ cup sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tspn baking powder
- ½ cup milk
Preparation & Cooking Instructions :
- Peel and devein shrimps. Pat very dry. Slice along back to butterfly
shrimps. Score both sides and salt lightly.
- Combine remaining ingredients to make a batter. Adjust liquid to
desired consistency.
- Dip shrimps in batter and deep fry.
