Ingredients :
- 5 lbs chicken thighs, deboned
- breadcrumbs
- panko
for marinade :
- ½ cup corn starch
- 5 tbsp shoyu
- 1½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp sesame oil
- 4 tbsp flour
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 2 eggs
- green onions
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
for Tonkatsu sauce :
- ¼ cup ketchup
- ½ tsp prepared mustard
- sugar, to taste
Preparation & Cooking Instructions :
- Combine marinade ingredients and marinate chicken overnight.
- Dredge chicken in breadcrumbs and panko. Deep fry until golden brown.
- Combine sauce ingredients and serve with chicken as dip.
