Ingredients :
  • ½ cup Swiss cheese (shredded)
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • ½ cup Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 1 pastry shell
  • ½ cup Ricotta cheese
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 cup light cream
  • 1 tspn dried dill
  • 1 tspn dried parsley
  • 1 tspn dried onion
  • ½ tspn dried thyme
  • ½ tspn chives
Preparation & Cooking Instructions :
  1. Mix first three cheeses together and place in pie shell.
  2. Blend remaining ingredients together in blender, on high for two minutes. Pour over cheeses.
  3. Bake at 400°F for about 45 minutes or until center is set.
