Ingredients :
- pie crust for 9" pan
- 1 x 10 oz package frozen spinach
- 1 cup milk
- 1½ cups crumbled Feta cheese
- 3 eggs, beaten
- ¼ cup butter, melted
- 4 tbsp grated Romano cheese
- 2 tbsp flour
- ½ tspn pepper
- ¼ tspn salt
- 2 tspn nutmeg
Preparation & Cooking Instructions :
- Line a 9" quiche dish with pie crust. Bake at 400°F for 3 minutes.
- Remove from oven and prick with fork. Bake for further 5 minutes.
- Cook spinach according to package directions; drain well.
- Combine spinach and remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl; mix well.
Pour mixture into prepared pastry shell.
- Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes or until set. Let stand 10 minutes.
