Anchovy Dip

Makes : 1¼ cups


Ingredients :

  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼cup dairy sour cream
  • 1 tbsp Dijon style mustard
  • 2 tspn lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ½ tspn dried thyme, crushed
  • 2 oz anchovy fillets, drained and chopped
  • vegetable dippers: halved baby carrots, mushrooms, pea pods, broccoli florets


Preparation and Cooking Instructions :

  1. In a bowl combine mayonnaise or salad dressing, sour cream, mustard, lemon juice, garlic, thyme and ¼ teaspoon pepper. Stir in chopped anchovy fillets.
  2. Cover; chill at least 1 hour. Serve with dippers.
