Makes : 1¼ cups
Ingredients :
- ¾ cup mayonnaise
- ¼cup dairy sour cream
- 1 tbsp Dijon style mustard
- 2 tspn lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ½ tspn dried thyme, crushed
- 2 oz anchovy fillets, drained and chopped
- vegetable dippers: halved baby carrots, mushrooms, pea pods, broccoli
florets
Preparation and Cooking Instructions :
- In a bowl combine mayonnaise or salad dressing, sour cream, mustard,
lemon juice, garlic, thyme and ¼ teaspoon pepper. Stir in chopped
anchovy fillets.
- Cover; chill at least 1 hour. Serve with dippers.
