Ingredients :
- 2 lb fresh or canned baby beetroot
- 2 medium green skinned apples
- 1 red onion
- 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
- ¼ cup vinaigrette
Preparation and Cooking Instructions
- Drain beetroot, and cut apples into quarters.
- Remove core and slice apples thinly.
- Peel red onion and chop finely
- Mix beetroot, apples, onion, parsley,and vinaigrette together. Best
served at room temperature.
