Ingredients :
- 6 chicken thigh cutlets, skin removed
- 40g packet French onion soup mix
- 425ml can apricot nectar
- 425g can apricot halves, drained
Preparation and Cooking Instructions
- Preheat the oven to moderate 180°C. Place the chicken thighs in
an ovenproof dish. Mix the soup mix with the apricot nectar and pour
over chicken.
- Bake, covered, for 50 minutes, then add the apricot halves and bake
for a further 5 minutes. Serve with creamy mashed potato or rice to
soak up all the juices.
