Ingredients :
- 1 tbsp chopped onion
- 2 tbsp chopped green pepper
- 1 small clove garlic, crushed
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 2 tbsp Italian salad dressing
- ½ tspn salt
- 3 cups small fresh cauliflower florets
Preparation and Cooking Instructions :
- In an 8" skillet, cook onion and garlic in salad dressing till tender.
- Add cauliflower florets and ¼ cup water.
- Cook, covered, over low heat for 10 minutes.
- Add green pepper and cook until cauliflower is tender, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in remaining ingredients and heat through.
