Ingredients :
- 12 stoned cherries
- 3 tbsp cherry brandy
- 5 oz plain chocolate, broken into squares
Preparation and Cooking Instructions
- Soak the cherries in the cherry brandy for 2 hours. Drain, reserving
brandy, and dry on paper towels.
- Melt chocolate with reserved cherry brandy over hot water. Using half
the mixture, and following the instructions
on our tips page, make 12 miniature chocolate cases.
- When the cases have set, place one of the cherries in each. Warm the
remaining chocolate, if necessary, then top up each chocolate case,
covering the cherries completely. Chill to set.
