Chicken and corn chowder

Ingredients :
- 20g butter
- 5 spring onions, finely chopped
- 2 rashers bacon, finely chopped
- 1 stick celery, finely chopped
- 450g potatoes, diced, skin removed
- 2 cups chicken stock
- ½ cooked or BBQ chicken, diced
- 1½ cups milk
- 420g can creamed corn
- 2 spring onions, finely sliced, to garnish
Preparation and Cooking Instructions
- Melt the butter in a pan. Cook the spring onions, bacon and celery
over medium heat for 2-3 minutes, without coloring.
- Add the chicken, milk and corn. Heat without boiling and stir frequently.
Season with pepper and garnish with the spring onion.
