Ingredients :
- ½ lb. rice noodles
- 2 chicken breasts, cooked
- 1 head lettuce, shredded
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 small cucumber, sliced
- 3 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- 3 tbsp slivered almonds
for dressing :
- 6 tbsp sugar
- 7 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tspn salt
- 1 tspn M.S.G.
- ¼ tspn pepper
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ¼ tspn Chinese 5 spice powder
- ¼ cup salad oil
Preparation and Cooking Instructions :
- Break apart noodles and deep fry at 350°F, then drain. Should
be crisp in seconds.
- Shred lettuce, prepare vegetables, and cook chicken.
- Just before serving mix noodles, chicken, vegetables, sesame seeds
and almonds.
- Pour dressing over salad and mix again.
