Makes : about 35
Ingredients :
- 130g butter
- ¼ cup caster sugar
- 3 tbsp condensed milk
- 1¾ cups plain flour
- 1 tspn baking powder
- ¾ cup chocolate melts
Preparation and Cooking Instructions :
- Preheat oven to a moderate hot 180°C.
- using a food processor, cream together the butter, sugar and milk
until the mixture has turned a white color.
- Add the sifted flour and baking powder and combine until the mixture
is well combined.
- Using a wooden spoon add the chocolate melts and mix through well.
- Roll the dough into balls about the size of a golf ball. Then place
them onto lightly greased, paper-lined baking sheet. Lightly press down
with a fork and place into the oven for up to 25 minutes, or until slightly
firm and cooked through.
- Remove from oven and cool on a cake rack. The mixture makes about
35 cookies.
