Cook puffs according to choux pastry recipe. Allow to cool. Cut puffs
in half and remove any soft centers
To prepare chocolate sauce : Place cream and chocolate in a
microwave-safe jug. Microwave on MEDIUM (50%) for 2 minutes,
stirring until chocolate has melted and sauce is well combined.
Fill each puff with whipped cream. Top with remaining half of puff.
Serve with a generous drizzle of chocolate sauce.
