Chocolate cream puffs

Ingredients :

  • 1 quantity choux pastry (see recipe)
  • 1 cup cream,whipped
    for Chocolate sauce :
  • ½ cup cream
  • 60g chocolate

Preparation and Cooking Instructions

  1. Cook puffs according to choux pastry recipe. Allow to cool. Cut puffs in half and remove any soft centers
  2. To prepare chocolate sauce : Place cream and chocolate in a microwave-safe jug. Microwave on MEDIUM (50%) for 2 minutes, stirring until chocolate has melted and sauce is well combined.
  3. Fill each puff with whipped cream. Top with remaining half of puff. Serve with a generous drizzle of chocolate sauce.
