Ingredients :
- 2 cups freshly grated cheese
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 2 spring onions, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp ginger, finely chopped
- 1 tspn freshly ground black pepper
- ¾ cup macadamia nuts, lightly roasted and chopped
Preparation and Cooking Instructions :
- Combine all ingredients except nuts together, mix well, and add a
little cream if too dry.
- Roll in plastic wrap and chill for several hours.
- When thoroughly chilled roll into ball or log rolls and cover with
macadamia nuts.
- Serve with crispbread or water biscuits.
