Deviled Pecans

Ingredients :

• 2 tbsp butter
• 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• dash of Tabasco
• 4 cups pecan halves
• 3 tbsp garlic salt

Preparation and Cooking Instructions :

1. Preheat oven to 180ºC and melt butter in a shallow baking tray.
2. Remove pan from heat and stir in sauces.
3. Add nuts and shake or stir until well coated with butter mixture and return to oven for 10 minutes.
4. Sprinkle nuts with garlic salt and return to oven for a further 5 minutes.
5. Drain onto absorbent paper. When cold store in airtight container.
