Macadamia Crab ball

Ingredients :
- 250g cream cheese, or cottage cheese
- 1 tbsp finely chopped spring onions
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp macadamia nuts, lightly roasted and chopped
- 220g can Crab meat
- chopped parsley, extra
Preparation and Cooking Instructions :
- Have cream cheese at room temperature and mix it in a basin with chopped
onion, parsley and lemon juice.
- Drain crab meat, mix into cheese mixture with the chopped macadamia
nuts.
- Chill mixture for several hours and roll in the extra chopped parsley
to form a ball.
- Serve with biscuits or crispbread.
- Cooks note : Mix all ingredients including cottage cheese to
make a dip and serve with biscuits.
