Egg and bacon breakfast burger

Ingredients :
- oil for frying
- 4 thick bacon rashers, each cut into 4, rind removed
- 4 eggs
- 8 waffles
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- maple syrup, optional
Preparation and Cooking Instructions
- Heat a small amount of oil in frying pan. Fry bacon and eggs over
medium heat until eggs are cooked through and bacon rashers are golden
and crisp.
- While eggs and bacon are cooking, lightly toast the waffles on both
sides. Place cheese slices on waffles and cook under preheated grill
for 1-2 minutes or until cheese has melted. Place on individual serving
plates.
- Place egg and bacon on each waffle. Drizzle maple syrup over, if desired.
Top with remaining waffle and serve immediately. If preferred, drizzle
with Worcestershire sauce.
