Ginger Lobster ~ Gung Pin Loong Har

Ingredients :

  • 1 tbsp cornflour
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 125g mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 large lettuce heart, shredded
  • 250g lobster meat, diced
  • 1 tspn finely chopped fresh ginger
  • 4-5 spring onions, chopped

  Preparation and Cooking Instructions

  1. Mix cornflour with a little water to make a thin paste. Heat half the oil and fry mushrooms and lettuce for 3 minutes. Remove. Add rest of oil.
  2. Dip lobster into cornflour paste and fry for 3 minutes. Then add the fried vegetables and cook together for 3 minutes. Add ginger and onions, stir well and serve.
