Ingredients :
- 1 tbsp cornflour
- 2 tbsp oil
- 125g mushrooms, sliced
- 1 large lettuce heart, shredded
- 250g lobster meat, diced
- 1 tspn finely chopped fresh ginger
- 4-5 spring onions, chopped
Preparation and Cooking Instructions
- Mix cornflour with a little water to make a thin paste. Heat half
the oil and fry mushrooms and lettuce for 3 minutes. Remove. Add rest
of oil.
- Dip lobster into cornflour paste and fry for 3 minutes. Then add the
fried vegetables and cook together for 3 minutes. Add ginger and onions,
stir well and serve.
