Serves : 2 x 8" or 1 x 12" pizza
Ingredients :
- ¾ lb boneless lamb
- 1 tspn salt
- 1 tbsp oregano
- ½ tspn garlic powder
- 1 tspn Worcestershire sauce
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ½ quantity herb
pizza dough
- 1 red pepper, julienne
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 oz mushrooms, sliced and sautéed
- 5 oz sundried tomatoes, julienne
- 1½ cups mozzarella cheese, grated
- 1½ cups feta cheese, crumbled
Preparation and Cooking Instructions
- slice the lamb into thin strips and place in a mixing bowl. Blend
in the salt, oregano, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice
and half the oil. Cover and marinate for 2 hours. Drain
- heat the remaining oil in a skillet and quickly fry the lamb. Cool.
- Preheat oven to 450°F. pan the dough according to instructions.
Spoon over the dough, the lamb, peppers, onions, mushrooms and tomatoes.
Cover with the cheese. Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
