Serves : 4
Ingredients :
- 2 pkgs. green beans, French cut
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp margarine
- 1 tspn salt
- 2 tspn sugar
- 3 - 4 tbsp grated onion
- 1 pint sour cream
- 8 oz grated Swiss cheese
- ½ cup corn flakes, crushed
Preparation and Cooking Instructions :
- Cook green beans and set aside.
- Mix margarine, flour, sugar, salt and onions to make a paste. Add
sour cream and cheese.
- Gently fold in beans and spoon into casserole dish.
- Cover with crushed corn flakes.
- Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes
