Ingredients :
- 3 cans green beans, drained
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 stick of butter
- 6 slices bacon
- 1 x 8 oz pkg cream cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation and Cooking Instructions :
- Cook bacon until crisp, then break into small pieces.
- Fry onions in bacon grease until transparent.
- Mix onion, bacon pieces & beans together, heat.
- Stir in cream cheese until melted. Stir in chicken soup.
- Combine cracker crumbs with butter.
- Pour bean mixture into greased casserole.
- Cover top with combined crushed crackers and butter.
- Bake at 350°F for about 30 minutes
