Ingredients
- 10 chicken breasts, skinless
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 2 tspn each of chili powder, garlic powder, onion salt, basil, thyme,
vegetable seasoning, crushed red pepper, cumin, coriander, ginger, black
pepper
- 1 tspn each of cinnamon, ground cloves, allspice, cayenne, salt
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 green pepper, diced
Preparation & Cooking instructions
- Pound chicken to tenderize.
- Mix onion, green pepper, oil, sugar and seasonings in bowl with chicken.
Cover and refrigerate for four hours or overnight.
- Grill until just done. Do not overcook.
- Accompany with salsa, red chili sauce,
pineapple-jicama
relish or any sauce of choice.
