Ingredients :
- 4 lamb chops
- 4 tbsp Soya sauce
- 4 tbsp dashi
- 2 spring onions, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, chopped or extra spring onion
- ½ cucumber, sliced
Preparation and Cooking Instructions
- Put the chops in a small sauté pan. Mix the Soya sauce, dashi
and spring onions; bring to the boil, pour over the chops and leave
to marinade in a cool place[lace or refrigerator overnight.
- Next day, drain the chops, and grill, turning once, on low heat for
10 minutes, using the marinade as a basting liquid. Brown both sides,
garnish with the ginger or spring onion and serve with slices of cucumber.
