Makes : about 1¼ cups
Ingredients :
- 3 tightly packed cups fresh cilantro leaves
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 habañero chilies, seeded, minced
- up to ¾ cup olive oil
Preparation and Cooking Instructions :
- Combine the garlic and chilies in the bowl of a food processor and
blend into a smooth paste.
- Add and blend in cilantro leaves in small batches.
- As mixture becomes very thick, add olive oil until desired consistency
is reached. Set aside.
