Lobster omelet~ Loong Har Fu Yong

Serves : 6  Preparation time : 3 minutes  Cooking time : 5 minutes

Ingredients :

  • 250g lobster meat
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp onion chopped
  • salt
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • pinch freshly ground pepper

Preparation and Cooking Instructions

  1. Dice the lobster meat.
  2. Heat oil, add the onion and cook gently for 30 seconds. Add lobster, cook for 2 minutes, season with salt to taste.
  3. Pour on eggs, mix quickly, cook for 1 minute, sprinkle with pepper, shake the pan carefully to ensure even cooking. Cook for a further minute and serve at once.
