Preparation and Cooking Instructions :
  1. To make your own, remove the crusts from slices of fresh bread. Flatten with a rolling pin and cut into desired shapes. Dry bread in 220°C oven for 10 minutes.
  2. Alternatively toast white sandwich bread on both sides, remove crusts and slice through the center with a serrated knife so that each slice is very thin and toasted on one side only. Toast the other side lightly.
