Makes : 2 cups
Ingredients :
- 1 small or ½ large cantaloupe or honeydew melon, peeled, seeded,
and cut into ¼" dice
- 1 serrano or ½ jalapeño chili, stemmed and minced
- 2 tbsp chopped cilantro leaves
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
Preparation and Cooking Instructions :
- Place all ingredients in a bowl and stir gently to mix. Serve right
away or cover and chill.
