Ingredients :
- 1 cup cilantro leaves and sprigs, tender parts only
- ½ tspn fruit vinegar
or cider vinegar
- pinch salt
- ½ tspn olive oil (optional)
Preparation and Cooking Instructions :
- place the cilantro, vinegar, salt, and olive oil, if using, in a small
bowl and toss together. Serve immediately.
- Cooks note : If you don't like the taste of cilantro, substitute
with Italian (flat-leaf) parsley leaves.
