Yield : 2 x 12" pizzas
Ingredients :
- 1 lb pizza dough or 1 basic
pizza dough mix
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1 lb hot Italian sausage, diced and cooked
- 12 oz mozzarella cheese, diced
- 1½ cups roasted red peppers, sliced
- 1½ cups sliced Vidalia onion
Preparation and Cooking Instructions
- Pan the dough as per instructions. Sauce the pizza and top with the
sausage. Sprinkle with the cheese, top with the red peppers and onion.
- Bake in a preheated 450°F oven for 10-12 minutes or until golden
brown.
