Ingredients :
- 1 dozen fresh rock oysters
- 360ml tomato juice
- 45ml vodka
- 1 tbsp Cajun spices
- 45ml Worcestershire sauce
- Tabasco sauce, to taste
- cracked pepper, to taste
Preparation and Cooking Instructions :
- Combine all ingredients (except oysters) in a bowl and whisk.
- Drop an oyster into each chilled shot glass and fill to ¾
with sauce.
