Parmesan Quail

Ingredients :

  • 8 to 10 quail
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 1½ cup cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese


Preparation and Cooking Instructions :

  1. Melt margarine in a Pyrex baking dish. Dip quail in the melted margerine then roll in a mixture of cracker crumbs and parmesan cheese.
  2. Put the quail in the remaining melted margarine and bake at 350ºF for 40 to 45 minutes.
