Raspberry Coulis

Makes : about 1½ cups
Ingredients :
- 1 x 10 oz box frozen raspberries, defrosted
- 1/2 cup sugar, or to taste
- water, enough to partially cover raspberries
- lemon juice, to taste
Preparation and Cooking Instructions :
- In a saucepan combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil making sure
that the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Remove from heat. Strain coulis through a fine sieve. Refrigerate
for up to a week.
