Makes : 1¼ cups


Ingredients :

  • ½ cup grated Gruyère cheese
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1¼ cup hot Sauce Béchamel
  • French mustard


Preparation and Cooking Instructions :

  1. Add the cheeses to the hot Sauce Béchamel and stir until melted, do not reheat. Stir in mustard to taste. Serve immediately
