Ingredients :
- 12 whole scallops
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- dash white wine vinegar
- salt
- cayenne pepper
- ¾ cup lime juice
Preparation and Cooking Instructions
- Wash and drain scallops. Cut into thin round slices. Put in salad
bowl.
- Cover with the onion, add vinegar, season to taste with salt and cayenne
pepper. Sprinkle on the lime juice. Chill for 7-8 hours. Serve with
hot toast.
