Scallops in lime juice ~ Scallops na may kalamansi

Serves : 4  Preparation time : 7 minutes + 7-8 hours chilling  Cooking time : no cooking required


Ingredients :

  • 12 whole scallops
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • dash white wine vinegar
  • salt
  • cayenne pepper
  • ¾ cup lime juice

Preparation and Cooking Instructions

  1. Wash and drain scallops. Cut into thin round slices. Put in salad bowl.
  2. Cover with the onion, add vinegar, season to taste with salt and cayenne pepper. Sprinkle on the lime juice. Chill for 7-8 hours. Serve with hot toast.
