Ingredients :
- 500g snapper fillets
- salt & freshly ground pepper, to taste
- freshly grated nutmeg, to taste
- 1½ tspn grated orange rind
- 1 tspn grated grapefruit rind or a combination of lemon and lime
Preparation and Cooking Instructions :
- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- Put the fillets in a lightly buttered baking dish. Sprinkle them lightly
with salt and pepper and nutmeg and distribute the grated rinds on top.
- Cover with foil and bake 15 minutes.
