Smoked Eel pâté

Ingredients :
- 250g smoked eel
- 60g butter, melted
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh chives
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh oregano
- ¼ cup cream
Preparation and Cooking Instructions :
- Remove skin and bones from eel. Blend or process eel with butter,
herbs and cream until smooth. Divide mixture into 4 dishes (¼
- ½ cup capacity), cover, refrigerate pâté for several hours
before serving.
- Cooks note : Pâté can be prepared up to 3 days ahead; keep
in refrigerator.
