Ingredients :
- 1.5kg (24) chicken wingettes
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 tbsp honey
- ½ cup (80ml) barbecue sauce
- 2 tbsp peri peri sauce
- ¼ cup (60ml) water
- ¾ cup (240g) whole egg or real mayonnaise
- 80g blue cheese, crumbled
- 2 tbsp coarsely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1½ tbsp lemon juice
Preparation and Cooking Instructions :
- Combine wingettes with garlic, honey and sauces in a large bowl; cover,
refrigerate several hours or overnight, stirring occasionally.
- Preheat the oven to hot (220°C/200°C fan-forced). Place wingettes
on a wire rack over a baking dish; add the water to the dish. Bake in
a hot oven for about 35 minutes or until wingettes are well browned
and cooked through.
- Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients in a bowl. Serve wingettes
with sauce.
