| Spinach | Chestnuts

Ingredients :
- 1 cup cooked spinach
- 250g cream cheese, softened
- ½ pkt French onion soup mix
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup spring onions, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- ¾ cup water chestnuts, coarsely chopped
- salt & black pepper
Preparation and Cooking Instructions
- Beat the cream cheese in a food processor until smooth. Add the spinach,
soup mix, mayonnaise, spring onion and lemon juice and mix until well
combined. Stir in chopped water chestnuts and season to taste.
