Swedish Apple Pie

Ingredients :

• apples
• 1 cup flour
• 1 tspn sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 tspn cinnamon
• pinch of salt
• ¾ cup melted butter
• ¼ cup nuts (optional)
• 1 cup sugar

Preparation and Cooking Instructions :

1. For 9" x 9" inch pan, fill to ¾ full with apples. Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on top. Combine remaining ingredients in bowl and pour over apples.
2. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
3. Cooks note : Peaches or most any fruit can be substituted for apples.
