Makes : a bit more than a ¼ cup



  Ingredients :

  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • ¼ tspn pepper flakes red, crushed ~ increase quantity to taste
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 2 tspn sugar
  • 1 tspn lime peel, minced
  • 2 tspn lime juice
  • 3 tbsp water

Preparation and Cooking Instructions

  1. Combine garlic, lime peel, and red pepper flakes; then add lime juice, fish sauce, water, and sugar.
  2. Whisk until all ingredients are blended and sugar is dissolved.
  3. This recipe will make a bit more than a ¼ cup and will keep for short periods if refrigerated and is suited to vegetables, meats and fish.
