Makes : 2 cups
Ingredients :
- 3 ripe medium-sized avocados, preferably Hass
- 1½ tbsp minced onion
- 1 tspn minced jalapeño or serrano chili
- 1 tbsp chopped cilantro leaves
- 1½ tbsp fresh lime juice
- ½ tspn salt
Preparation and Cooking Instructions :
- Cut the avocados in half and remove pits. Scoop the pulp into a bowl
and add the onion, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, and salt.
Mash with a fork to make a somewhat smooth but still chunky mixture.
Use right away or within a few hours.
