Red Peppers with anchovy and mozzarella ~ Pepperoni rosso con acciuge e mozzarella

Ingredients :

  • 4 red peppers.
  • 8 anchovy fillets
  • 8 slices mozzarella cheese


Preparation and Cooking Instructions :

  1. Cut each pepper in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
  2. Lay an anchovy fillet on each half.
  3. Cover with a slice of mozzarella and sprinkle with a little olive oil.
  4. Warm in the oven (200°C / 400°F) until the cheese melts.
  5. Serve warm.
