| Bean Salads |

Ingredients :
- 400g can butter beans, drained
- 8 cherry tomatoes, quartered
- ¼ cup sliced stuffed olives
- ¼ cup sliced pickled chilies
- 2 tbsp sliced parsley
- 2 tbsp capers
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- ¼ cup olive oil
- juice from ½ lemon
- seasoning to taste
Preparation and Cooking Instructions
- Combine beans, tomatoes, olives, chilies, parsley, capers and garlic
in a bowl mix well.
- Toss through combined oil, juice and seasonings. Serve with toasted
continental bread.
