Ingredients :

  • 1¾ cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • 3 tspn baking powder
  • ½ tspn salt
  • ½ cup semisweet chocolate chip
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup cooking oil
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 cup mashed bananas


Preparation and Cooking Instructions :

  1. Measure first five dry ingredients into large bowl. Mix thoroughly and make a well in center.
  2. Beat egg until frothy. Mix in oil, milk, and bananas. Pour into well.
  3. Stir only to moisten. Batter will be lumpy.
  4. Fill greased muffin tins ¾ full.
  5. Bake in 400°F oven for 20 min.
