Ingredients :
- ¼ cups butter or margarine softened
- ¾ cup brown sugar packed
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- ½ tspn salt
- ½ tspn allspice
- 2 medium bananas chopped
Preparation and Cooking Instructions :
- Cream together butter and brown sugar. Mix in egg and buttermilk.
- Mix together oats, flour, baking powder, salt and allspice and add
to creamed mixture.
- Stir in bananas.
- Spoon into greased or paper lined muffin pan, filling almost full.
- Bake at 425°F for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
